What the web server records
Like practically every web server, ours keeps an access log while it serves you. Each line records the network address the request came from, the time of the request, the request line itself, the HTTP status code returned, the number of bytes served, the referring URL if your browser sent one, and the browser identification string your browser sends. That is the complete list.
The log exists so that the operator can notice abuse and faults — error rates, broken links, scanners. It is kept on the same server, is not shared with anyone, and is not used to build any profile of visitors.
If you write to us, your message and your address are used to answer you and to arrange the transport you asked about, and for nothing else. Correspondence is kept as long as any business record of the same shipment, then disposed of.
Shipment data
Labels carry what they must carry: addresses and names for collection and delivery, and the phone number you give us in case the driver cannot find the door. Proof-of-delivery records are kept for the period our insurers require, then destroyed.
