Everything at ZipPeak starts with an email to dispatch. For a same-day slot, include the pickup address, the piece count and the delivery postcode — you will get a slot confirmation back within the hour during dispatch hours.
For a rate card
Tell us roughly what you ship in a week — parcels, pallets or both — and which corridor you sit on. A rate card with the corridor tariffs and the account terms comes back the same working day.
Depot
The depot sits in the airport freight zone and accepts drop-offs at the front counter during dispatch hours. Bulk and pallet drop-offs by arrangement, so the tail-lift dock is free when you arrive.
Dispatch hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00. Saturday mornings for scheduled route customers. Sunday the vans sleep.
