No account, no portal, no fuss
You email the manifest, we email the proof of delivery. If you ship with us weekly, you get a rate card and a named driver. That is the whole product. Businesses do not need another login to misplace, so there is no customer portal and nothing to sign up for.
Dispatch answers from 07:00 to 19:00 on working days. Write to dispatch with the pickup address, piece count and delivery postcode, and you will have a slot back within the hour.
